The staff was friendly. They addressed every need with a smile! The hotel's location proved very convenient, near the Metro. The breakfast offered fresh items. The room was super clean and cozy!

the staff helped with reservations for both lunch and dinner. i was also assisted in securing tickets for the crazy horse show.

Refilling water bottles was required in the kitchen. This feels unusual for a four-star hotel.

The staff was attentive, providing assistance with directions and recommendations. I found a convenient water fountain. They provided a glass bottle i could refill. there was also a new year's eve gift, a thoughtful touch i appreciated. the breakfast arrangement allowed for personalized selections. It was possible to modify the order.

The room i had was quite small. There wasn't much space for luggage.
